Should world leaders not be asking the tough questions as to why these horrible acts keep happening? If someone keeps harming me should I not at least try to find out why they are doing so? It seem vacuous for world leaders to keep prescribing harsher and harsher police and military methods against a whole Moslem population when each terrorist act is proof that such approaches are not working.

Should leaders, instead, not be looking at social and economic reforms to make these young men, who are willing to sacrifice their own lives, along with so many lives of innocent people, feel less disenfranchised in their own countries. Inclusion is what is needed in the West, not discrimination.
