Je trouve \u00e9trange que nous en d\u00e9battions encore. Je crois que tout le monde ici l\u2019appuie.<\/p>\n<p>Au lieu d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 l\u2019attribution de temps, le gouvernement a-t-il tent\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier avec l\u2019opposition officielle et les autres partis pour en arriver \u00e0 une conclusion rapide et adopter le projet de loi?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corneliu Chisu :\u00a0<\/strong>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, il y a eu des consultations, mais je ne suis pas le leader du gouvernement \u00e0 la Chambre.
