{"id":10219,"date":"2013-06-03T11:38:49","date_gmt":"2013-06-03T15:38:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca?p=10219"},"modified":"2021-03-02T16:15:00","modified_gmt":"2021-03-02T21:15:00","slug":"greens-support-first-nation-challenge-to-canada-china-treaty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca\/fr\/greens-support-first-nation-challenge-to-canada-china-treaty\/","title":{"rendered":"Les verts appuient la Premi\u00e8re nation qui conteste le Trait\u00e9 Canada\u2011Chine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Parti vert continue d\u2019accorder son appui le plus complet \u00e0 la Premi\u00e8re nation Hupacasath qui s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter en Cour f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de mercredi \u00e0 vendredi.<\/p>\n<p>Les Hupacasaths ont intent\u00e9 une poursuite contre le premier ministre Stephen Harper parce qu\u2019il ne les a pas consult\u00e9s avant de n\u00e9gocier l\u2019Accord sur la promotion et la protection de l\u2019investissement \u00e9tranger (APIE) Canada\u2011Chine, au d\u00e9triment de leur droit l\u00e9gal garanti par la Constitution<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab \u201cStephen Harper avait pr\u00e9vu de soumettre son projet de trait\u00e9 en esp\u00e9rant passer inaper\u00e7u et de le faire ratifier par le cabinet pendant que les Canadiens regardaient ailleurs \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la chef du Parti vert Elizabeth May. \u00ab Par bonheur, les Hupacasaths ont contest\u00e9 son droit d\u2019agir en solitaire dans les n\u00e9gociations d\u2019un accord qui aura un impact \u00e9norme et destructeur sur le Canada pendant au moins 31 ans. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le Parti vert invite tous ses membres et tous les Canadiens sensibilis\u00e9s au probl\u00e8me \u00e0 se joindre aux Hupacasaths, au mouvement Idle No More et \u00e0 d\u2019autres pour un rassemblement pour appuyer la contestation en Cour de l\u2019APIA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Lieu du rassemblement :<\/strong> Palais de justice de Vancouver, 701 West Georgia, Pacific Centre<br \/>\n<strong>Heure :<\/strong> 12 h 30, le 5 (6 et 7) juin<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Parti vert continue d\u2019accorder son appui le plus complet \u00e0 la Premi\u00e8re nation Hupacasath qui s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter en Cour f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de mercredi \u00e0 vendredi.
