Ce curieux groupe est compos\u00e9 de la Namibie, de la Serbie, de la Pologne, de Hong Kong, du Luxembourg et de la Suisse.<\/p>\n<p>[hJSPJzvidcM]<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la perception des imp\u00f4ts impay\u00e9s, le commentaire du d\u00e9put\u00e9 concernant la r\u00e9duction des effectifs l&#8217;Agence du revenu du Canada m&#8217;a fait r\u00e9agir. Je me demande s&#8217;il est au fait de la s\u00e9rie de rapports que le v\u00e9rificateur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a produits depuis 2006, selon lesquels l&#8217;agence ne semble pas savoir exactement \u00e0 quel montant s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8vent les imp\u00f4ts impay\u00e9s ni pourquoi ce montant augmente. L&#8217;agence n&#8217;utilisait pas correctement ses mod\u00e8les d&#8217;analyse de risque. Voil\u00e0 maintenant des ann\u00e9es que le v\u00e9rificateur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral r\u00e9p\u00e8te que les employ\u00e9s de l&#8217;agence semblent s&#8217;en prendre aux gens ordinaires qui ont de petites dettes et laissent tranquille les millionnaires. Ce sont les millionnaires qui ont le plus \u00e0 donner. Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 a-t-il quelque chose \u00e0 dire sur la tendance de l&#8217;Agence du revenu du Canada en mati\u00e8re de perception d&#8217;imp\u00f4ts?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peter Julian :\u00a0<\/strong>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, c&#8217;est vraiment l&#8217;un des points importants que je voulais aborder ce soir. C&#8217;est pour cette raison que les conservateurs veulent mettre fin au d\u00e9bat. C&#8217;est la 44e fois qu&#8217;ils ont recours au b\u00e2illon. Ils ont toujours une nouvelle excuse. Ce soir, l&#8217;excuse invoqu\u00e9e est que les gens appuient le projet de loi comme tel. J&#8217;imagine que cela signifie qu&#8217;ils souhaitent que personne ne fasse \u00e9tat de leur bilan minable en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;imp\u00f4ts non per\u00e7us et de tol\u00e9rance envers les paradis fiscaux. \u00c9videmment, m\u00eame si les conservateurs nous ont impos\u00e9 la cl\u00f4ture, nous n&#8217;avons aucune h\u00e9sitation \u00e0 parler de leur bilan minable.<\/p>\n<p>Comme je l&#8217;ai mentionn\u00e9, et comme l&#8217;a soulign\u00e9 le v\u00e9rificateur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans son rapport, les 10 millions de dollars en imp\u00f4ts non per\u00e7us ne semblent gu\u00e8re pr\u00e9occuper les conservateurs, mais ceux-ci n&#8217;h\u00e9sitent pas \u00e0 s&#8217;en prendre aux particuliers qui doivent de petits montants \u00e0 Revenu Canada afin qu&#8217;ils paient leur
