Le gouvernement de Stephen Harper ne tient aucunement compte de jugements r\u00e9cents sur cette question.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une d\u00e9cision rendue en 2007, la Cour supr\u00eame du Canada consid\u00e9rait le droit de n\u00e9gocier collectivement comme un droit de la Charte des droits et libert\u00e9s. Dans le jugement 2007-CSC 27, la Cour affirmait que :<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>\u00ab Le droit constitutionnel de n\u00e9gocier collectivement vise \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la capacit\u00e9 des travailleurs de participer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s associatives et leur capacit\u00e9 d\u2019agir collectivement pour r\u00e9aliser des objectifs communs concernant des questions li\u00e9es au milieu du travail et leurs conditions de travail. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La Cour s\u2019est prononc\u00e9e contre \u00ab l\u2019atteinte substantielle \u00bb en affirmant qu\u2019une telle atteinte est ill\u00e9gale quand elle a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que :<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>\u00ab Pour qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019une atteinte substantielle \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019association, l\u2019intention ou l\u2019effet doit s\u00e9rieusement compromettre l\u2019activit\u00e9 des travailleurs qui consiste \u00e0 se regrouper en vue de r\u00e9aliser des objectifs communs, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire n\u00e9gocier des conditions de travail et des modalit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi avec leur employeur. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En ce jour de la f\u00eate du Travail, le Parti vert du Canada appuie enti\u00e8rement cette d\u00e9cision et r\u00e9clame le respect absolu de ce jugement par les gouvernements.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En ce
