Ma question concerne le projet de loi S-15. J&#8217;ai beaucoup d&#8217;inqui\u00e9tude quant au fait que le projet de loi, qui propose un nouveau parc national sur l&#8217;\u00eele de Sable en Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse, constitue une v\u00e9ritable menace.<\/p>\n<p>Plus j&#8217;y pense, plus je me dis que l&#8217;analogie parfaite serait de dire que c&#8217;est un cheval de Troie. C&#8217;est comme si nous recevions un nouveau cadeau, un nouveau parc national, et nous devrions tous nous en r\u00e9jouir. Bien que je sois enchant\u00e9e de voir un grand cheval de bois arriver dans mon jardin, je soup\u00e7onne que les autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9glementaires qui resteront \u00e0 l&#8217;Office Canada-Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse des hydrocarbures extrac\u00f4tiers se r\u00e9sumeront \u00e0 une arm\u00e9e d\u00e9ferlante qui supprimera la protection d&#8217;autres parcs nationaux du Canada.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;aimerais entendre ma coll\u00e8gue l\u00e0-dessus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raymond C\u00f4t\u00e9 :<\/strong> Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, je remercie ma coll\u00e8gue de Saanich\u2014Gulf Islands de sa question et de son commentaire. En effet, nous pouvons nous demander si nous ne menons pas un combat d&#8217;arri\u00e8re-garde, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire si nous ne reculons pas en faisant certaines concessions qui paraissent relativement limit\u00e9es en esp\u00e9rant que nous puissions perp\u00e9tuer certaines choses.<\/p>\n<p>Je me concentrerai seulement sur la question de l&#8217;exploration \u00e0 faible impact qui serait autoris\u00e9e. Un des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s au projet de loi, c&#8217;est que cette expression n&#8217;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finie. Quelle sera l&#8217;ampleur de ce faible impact? Je me permets d&#8217;illustrer en ratissant large.
