Malheureusement, mon exp\u00e9rience personnelle me force \u00e0 croire que ce ne saurait \u00eatre plus faux. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un office tout simplement n\u00e9gligent et incomp\u00e9tent, et c&#8217;est une tr\u00e8s mauvaise id\u00e9e que de lui accorder des pouvoirs sur un parc national.<\/p>\n<p>Nature Canada, sur son site Web, a affirm\u00e9 que de donner un droit de regard \u00e0 l&#8217;Office Canada-Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse des hydrocarbures extrac\u00f4tiers sur un parc national constituait un \u00ab dangereux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent \u00bb. L&#8217;office n&#8217;a pas tenu compte de l&#8217;avis d&#8217;experts et a approuv\u00e9 la tenue de tests sismiques pendant la p\u00e9riode de migration des baleines bleues dans le golfe du St-Laurent. Il a d\u00e9form\u00e9 les recommandations d&#8217;un groupe d&#8217;intervenants de tous les milieux, dont je faisais partie et qui avait travaill\u00e9 pendant deux ans pour formuler ces recommandations qui visaient le golfe du St-Laurent. Il a totalement d\u00e9form\u00e9 nos r\u00e9sultats dans son communiqu\u00e9 de presse.<\/p>\n<p>Cet office, c&#8217;est une vraie farce. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un dangereux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Cette disposition doit \u00eatre retir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stephen Woodworth :<\/strong> Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, permettez-moi de dire que j&#8217;ai toujours trouv\u00e9 regrettable qu&#8217;un d\u00e9put\u00e9 de l&#8217;opposition prenne la parole \u00e0 la Chambre pour calomnier des Canadiens ordinaires qui se sont vu confier un mandat dans l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat de tous et servent le public. Il est beaucoup trop facile, pour les d\u00e9put\u00e9s comme celle qui vient de s&#8217;exprimer, de prendre la parole et d&#8217;insulter les gens publiquement \u00e0 la Chambre, o\u00f9 ils jouissent de l&#8217;immunit\u00e9. Je trouve cela regrettable et, si je peux me permettre une derni\u00e8re remarque, je trouve que \u00e7a ne ressemble gu\u00e8re \u00e0 la d\u00e9put\u00e9e de calomnier ainsi des personnes qui
