Pourrait-elle indiquer \u00e0 la Chambre le genre d&#8217;amendement qu&#8217;elle jugerait acceptable?<\/p>\n<p>[tEkziuP-HrY]  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Elizabeth May :  <\/strong>    Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, permettez-moi d&#8217;abord de dire une chose. Je ne pr\u00e9sume de rien. J&#8217;esp\u00e8re vivement que le projet de loi sera adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape de la deuxi\u00e8me lecture et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape de l&#8217;\u00e9tude en comit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>    La ministre de la Sant\u00e9 m&#8217;a fait part de quelques aspects qui, selon elle, faciliteraient l&#8217;adoption du projet de loi. Je suis \u00e9videmment pr\u00eate \u00e0 faire tout ce qui est en mon pouvoir, notamment des compromis, pour que nous puissions accepter des amendements. <\/p>\n<p>    Les aspects dont on me fait part sont tout \u00e0 fait sens\u00e9s. Je ne voudrais pas, par exemple, que le projet de loi cr\u00e9e un diff\u00e9rend entre le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et les gouvernements provinciaux en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences. On a recommand\u00e9 de remplacer le terme \u00ab norme de soins \u00bb par \u00ab pratiques exemplaires \u00bb et le terme \u00ab strat\u00e9gie nationale \u00bb par \u00ab cadre f\u00e9d\u00e9ral \u00bb, et d&#8217;accorder plus de temps \u00e0 la ministre de la Sant\u00e9 pour organiser une conf\u00e9rence \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 le projet de loi entrera en vigueur. La version actuelle du projet de loi pr\u00e9voit une p\u00e9riode de 6 mois, mais on pourrait peut-\u00eatre la fixer \u00e0 12 mois. <\/p>\n<p>    Ces recommandations me semblent tout \u00e0 fait utiles, et je suis impatiente que le projet de loi soit renvoy\u00e9 au comit\u00e9 pour que ces amendements puissent \u00eatre faits.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Murray Rankin
