Les donn\u00e9es d&#8217;Environnement Canada nous apprennent maintenant que les \u00e9missions seront pratiquement inchang\u00e9es en 2020, par rapport \u00e0 2005.<\/p>\n<p>    La question est simple. Le gouvernement a-t-il l&#8217;intention de tenir sa promesse?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Colin Carrie : <\/strong>    Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, je suis tr\u00e8s fier de ce que notre gouvernement a accompli. Depuis 2006, nous avons investi des sommes importantes dans les technologies \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9, dans l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration et l&#8217;adaptation des infrastructures et dans les sources d&#8217;\u00e9nergie propre. Nous avons pris des mesures concernant deux des plus grandes sources d&#8217;\u00e9missions au pays, soit le transport et la production d&#8217;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Au cours des 21 premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es d&#8217;application de notre r\u00e9glementation sur le charbon, nous pr\u00e9voyons une r\u00e9duction cumulative des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre qui \u00e9quivaudra \u00e0 soustraire 2,6 millions de v\u00e9hicules par ann\u00e9e du parc automobile.<\/p>\n<p>    Nous esp\u00e9rons que l&#8217;opposition se ralliera \u00e0 ces
