{"id":13486,"date":"2012-11-01T14:53:04","date_gmt":"2012-11-01T18:53:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca?p=13486"},"modified":"2014-09-25T14:56:47","modified_gmt":"2014-09-25T18:56:47","slug":"foreign-investment-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca\/fr\/foreign-investment-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Les investissements \u00e9trangers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Elizabeth May : <\/strong>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, comme l&#8217;accord d&#8217;investissement entre le Canada et la Chine pourrait l\u00e9galement \u00eatre ratifi\u00e9 d\u00e8s demain, j&#8217;aimerais implorer une fois de plus le premier ministre de reconsid\u00e9rer sa position.<\/p>\n<p>    Il devrait tenir compte de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience australienne. Le volume des \u00e9changes commerciaux entre l&#8217;Australie et la Chine est bien sup\u00e9rieur au volume des \u00e9changes entre nous et la Chine. En fait, il est six fois sup\u00e9rieur. Les investissements chinois en Australie s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 60 milliards de dollars et les investissements australiens en Chine s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 7 milliards de dollars.<\/p>\n<p>    Pourquoi est-ce que j&#8217;en parle? Parce que l&#8217;Australie a fait une analyse ind\u00e9pendante risques-avantages de ce genre d&#8217;accord d&#8217;investissement et elle a conclu que les risques l&#8217;emportaient sur les avantages pour sa souverainet\u00e9 et son \u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n<p>    Je demande au premier ministre de ne pas ratifi\u00e9 cet accord.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le tr\u00e8s hon. Stephen Harper :  <\/strong>   Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, je le r\u00e9p\u00e8te, cela fait maintenant une vingtaine d&#8217;ann\u00e9es que le Canada tente d&#8217;assurer la protection des investissements canadiens cr\u00e9ateurs d&#8217;emplois sur le march\u00e9 chinois. Les cr\u00e9ateurs d&#8217;emplois du Canada nous le demandent depuis longtemps. Nous sommes heureux d&#8217;avoir pu prendre cette initiative. Je remarque d&#8217;ailleurs que tous ceux qui cr\u00e9ent des emplois pour les Canadiens accueillent favorablement cet accord. \u00c9videmment, le gouvernement ira de l&#8217;avant pour veiller \u00e0 ce que les Canadiens puissent acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ce march\u00e9 important et cr\u00e9er des emplois partout au pays.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Elizabeth May : Monsieur
