Soulignons qu&#8217;il ne mentionne pas les pi\u00e8ces d&#8217;identit\u00e9 qui seraient admissibles. Le processus serait beaucoup plus difficile que ce que le d\u00e9put\u00e9 semble croire. Revenons sur quelques-uns de ses exemples. Si un \u00e9tudiant pr\u00e9sentait sa carte d&#8217;\u00e9tudiant, pourrait-il voter? Non. Si un \u00e9tudiant pr\u00e9sentait sa carte et son relev\u00e9 de notes, le pourrait-il? Non. S&#8217;il pr\u00e9sentait sa carte, son relev\u00e9 et son certificat de naissance \u2014 trois pi\u00e8ces d&#8217;identit\u00e9 qu&#8217;a mentionn\u00e9es le d\u00e9put\u00e9 \u2014, pourrait-il enfin voter? Non plus. Les \u00e9tudiants ne pourraient pas voter \u00e0 moins qu&#8217;ils pr\u00e9sentent une facture d&#8217;un service public \u00e0 leur nom comme preuve de r\u00e9sidence. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une exigence compliqu\u00e9e qui pourrait priver des gens de leur droit de vote. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Mon coll\u00e8gue se demande si voter est un privil\u00e8ge ou un droit. Il n&#8217;a pourtant qu&#8217;\u00e0 aller lire l&#8217;article 3 de la Charte canadienne des droits et libert\u00e9s, qui dit que voter est un droit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Il n&#8217;y a pas de v\u00e9ritable probl\u00e8me de fraude au Canada. Rien ne prouve que certains Canadiens votent plus d&#8217;une fois. Ce qu&#8217;on constate plut\u00f4t, c&#8217;est que certains cherchent \u00e0 semer la confusion chez les \u00e9lecteurs en les dirigeant vers le mauvais bureau de scrutin. Ce qu&#8217;on constate, c&#8217;est que beaucoup de Canadiens perdent confiance dans le syst\u00e8me et ne vont pas voter. Rien ne prouve que les Canadiens votent plus d&#8217;une fois.
