Par contre, la solution ne r\u00e9side pas dans les dispositions de cette section du projet de loi omnibus.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai lu r\u00e9cemment les r\u00e9flexions d&#8217;un des innovateurs les plus connus du Canada, Jim Balsillie, qui disait que le principal probl\u00e8me en mati\u00e8re de productivit\u00e9 plurifactorielle, c&#8217;est que nous ne r\u00e9ussissons pas \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle dans le monde. Cette section du projet de loi omnibus d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution du budget ne permettrait pas de r\u00e9gler cette question primordiale. Je suis d&#8217;accord avec ma coll\u00e8gue lorsqu&#8217;elle dit que c&#8217;est toujours une bonne chose de parler de cette question, mais enfouir ces dispositions dans un projet de loi omnibus n&#8217;est pas la bonne fa\u00e7on de proc\u00e9der. R\u00e9duire la protection des droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle \u00e0 la protection de la marque de commerce n&#8217;est pas suffisant pour prot\u00e9ger l&#8217;innovation au Canada ainsi que les entreprises canadiennes qui se lancent dans le march\u00e9 mondial.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Elizabeth May: Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, oui, il est important d&#8217;innover et il faut effectivement que nous rattrapions le retard du Canada au chapitre de l&#8217;innovation.
