{"id":14027,"date":"2014-05-28T12:18:43","date_gmt":"2014-05-28T16:18:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca?p=14027"},"modified":"2021-03-01T16:37:02","modified_gmt":"2021-03-01T21:37:02","slug":"oral-questions-international-trade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca\/fr\/oral-questions-international-trade\/","title":{"rendered":"Questions Orales \u2013 Le Commence International"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Elizabeth May : <\/b>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, au cours de la semaine du 4 juin, nous commencerons par comm\u00e9morer le 25e anniversaire de l&#8217;une des plus horribles atteintes \u00e0 la d\u00e9mocratie et aux droits de la personne de l&#8217;histoire r\u00e9cente, soit les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de la place Tiananmen. \u00c0 la fin de cette m\u00eame semaine, le 10 juin, des membres tr\u00e8s courageux de la petite bande des Premi\u00e8res Nations de l&#8217;\u00eele de Vancouver, la Premi\u00e8re Nation Hupacasath, interjetteront appel au sujet du trait\u00e9 sur les investissements entre le Canada et la Chine.<\/p>\n<p>Je me demande si le premier ministre serait pr\u00eat \u00e0 tenir de nouvelles audiences pour que la Chambre se penche sur le trait\u00e9 sur les investissements entre le Canada et la Chine, notamment en ce qui a trait aux dispositions qui, si l&#8217;accord est ratifi\u00e9, lieront le gouvernement \u00e0 cet engagement pour une p\u00e9riode de 31 ans.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ed Fast : <\/b>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, la d\u00e9put\u00e9e devrait savoir que nous ne faisons aucun commentaire sur les questions qui sont devant les tribunaux.<\/p>\n<p>Je peux cependant dire que ce trait\u00e9 sur les investissements \u00e9tablit des r\u00e8gles claires sur les modalit\u00e9s d&#8217;investissement et de r\u00e9solution des diff\u00e9rends li\u00e9s aux investissements. Les investisseurs canadiens r\u00e9clament cette entente depuis longtemps. Il s&#8217;agit de prot\u00e9ger les Canadiens qui investissent \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger. Je puis assurer \u00e0 la d\u00e9put\u00e9e que le gouvernement est tout \u00e0 fait d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre cet
