En 2012, le budget Harper a augment\u00e9 le financement de l\u2019Agence du revenu du Canada de 8\u00a0$ millions pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour poursuivre les organismes de charit\u00e9 \u00e0 vocation environnementale. Les montants allou\u00e9s ont par la suite \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9s \u00e0 13\u00a0$ millions. Certains groupes environnementaux ont subi des v\u00e9rifications \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition sans recevoir aucun rapport par la suite. Cet \u00e9tat d\u2019incertitude fait vivre aux repr\u00e9sentants de ces organismes beaucoup d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les place devant un mutisme dans un contexte o\u00f9 les lois et la r\u00e9glementation environnementales sont la cible d\u2019attaques sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Les organismes de bienfaisance qui travaillent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9limination de la pauvret\u00e9 au Canada et ailleurs dans le monde de m\u00eame que ceux qui militent pour le respect des droits de la personne font face \u00e0 la m\u00eame approche de la part du gouvernement. Comme preuve que ces attaques sont purement id\u00e9ologiques, le statut d\u2019organisme sans but lucratif de l\u2019Institut Fraser n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en question.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s verts\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Insisteront pour que les lois sur les organisations caritatives et les ONG soient revues et mises \u00e0 jour afin de permettre aux ONG de participer pleinement au vaste \u00e9ventail d\u2019activit\u00e9s l\u00e9gales accessibles aux citoyennes et aux citoyens et aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s pour se porter \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense d\u2019une cause, tout en conservant leur statut d\u2019organisme de bienfaisance et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 recevoir des dons d\u00e9ductibles d\u2019imp\u00f4t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les organismes de bienfaisance au Canada ont eu \u00e0 faire face de fa\u00e7on croissante \u00e0 des v\u00e9rifications et du harc\u00e8lement politique et id\u00e9ologique.
