La mise sur pied\u00a0d\u2019un comit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale est une \u00e9tape importante vers l\u2019abolition des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et de la partialit\u00e9 sexuelle en milieu de travail. Mais nous devons \u00e9galement prendre des mesures d\u2019envergure pour tenir compte des femmes autochtones assassin\u00e9es et disparues, et promouvoir les programmes sur les campus universitaires et dans nos institutions sociales confront\u00e9es \u00e0 la violence contre les femmes.
