{"id":1761,"date":"2011-10-20T12:11:08","date_gmt":"2011-10-20T16:11:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev2.elizabethmaymp.ca\/?p=1761"},"modified":"2011-12-07T12:13:17","modified_gmt":"2011-12-07T17:13:17","slug":"decorum-in-the-chamber","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca\/fr\/decorum-in-the-chamber\/","title":{"rendered":"Le d\u00e9corum \u00e0 la Chambre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, ce n&#8217;est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que j&#8217;invoque le R\u00e8glement sur cette question, mais ce recours au R\u00e8glement semble particuli\u00e8rement appropri\u00e9 aujourd&#8217;hui, en ce Spirit Day, jour o\u00f9 l&#8217;on porte du violet et o\u00f9 l&#8217;on est cens\u00e9 aider les jeunes lesbiennes, gais, bisexuels et transgenres \u00e0 s&#8217;opposer \u00e0 l&#8217;intimidation.<\/p>\n<p>Mon recours au R\u00e8glement concerne les paragraphes 16 et 18 du R\u00e8glement qui disposent respectivement que lorsqu&#8217;un d\u00e9put\u00e9 a la parole, il est interdit \u00e0 tout d\u00e9put\u00e9 de l&#8217;interrompre, et qu&#8217;aucun d\u00e9put\u00e9 ne doit se servir d&#8217;expressions offensantes \u00e0 l&#8217;endroit d&#8217;un coll\u00e8gue.<\/p>\n<p>Je demande aux d\u00e9put\u00e9s de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au mod\u00e8le de comportement que nous donnons. Je sais que la p\u00e9riode des questions est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un exercice sanguinaire. Je sais que vous, monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, appr\u00e9cieriez davantage de d\u00e9corum \u00e0 la Chambre.<\/p>\n<p>Du fond du coeur et en tant que m\u00e8re qui r\u00e9prouve l&#8217;intimidation, je demande \u00e0 mes coll\u00e8gues d&#8217;examiner leur propre comportement.<\/p>\n<p>Le Pr\u00e9sident: Je remercie la d\u00e9put\u00e9e de son intervention.
