{"id":1999,"date":"2011-12-13T09:00:37","date_gmt":"2011-12-13T14:00:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev2.elizabethmaymp.ca\/?p=1999"},"modified":"2012-01-16T21:51:11","modified_gmt":"2012-01-17T02:51:11","slug":"kyoto-protocol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca\/fr\/kyoto-protocol\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Protocole de Kyoto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mme Elizabeth May:<\/strong> Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, c&#8217;est avec grande tristesse que j&#8217;interviens aujourd&#8217;hui pour parler de l&#8217;annonce faite hier par le gouvernement concernant sa d\u00e9cision de se retirer l\u00e9galement du Protocole de Kyoto.<\/p>\n<p>[hWyE_ymjtsc]<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;exhorte les d\u00e9put\u00e9s ici pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre que ceci n&#8217;est pas une question partisane. Chaque fois que nous devons d\u00e9terminer s&#8217;il y a moyen de prot\u00e9ger la plan\u00e8te pour l&#8217;avenir de nos enfants, comme en l&#8217;occurrence, nous devrions mettre la partisanerie de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et voir la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en face: la position de chef de file en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;environnement que notre pays occupait sous le gouvernement de Brian Mulroney est maintenant assur\u00e9e par les gouvernements conservateurs de David Cameron et de Nicolas Sarkozy.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n&#8217;est pas une question de gauche, de droite ou de centre. Il en va de la survie de nos enfants et, \u00e0 ce titre, cette question devrait rejoindre toutes les all\u00e9geances.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;esp\u00e8re avoir tort. J&#8217;esp\u00e8re que la r\u00e9putation du Canada sur la sc\u00e8ne mondiale ne sera pas ternie \u00e0 jamais \u00e0 cause de la d\u00e9cision de renier un trait\u00e9 qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e9galement ratifi\u00e9 ici. Toutefois, j&#8217;ai bien peur que notre r\u00e9putation soit entach\u00e9e et que l&#8217;avenir de nos enfants soit compromis.<\/p>\n<p>Je demande aux d\u00e9put\u00e9s de reconsid\u00e9rer cette d\u00e9cision. Nous avons un an pour renouveler notre engagement.
