J\u2019attendais pour le faire un moment o\u00f9 je n\u2019interromprais pas trop le d\u00e9roulement des travaux.<\/p>\n<p>Plus t\u00f4t aujourd&#8217;hui, une motion portant sur la nomination du commissaire \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du secteur public a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e avec dissidence \u00e0 la Chambre. J\u2019ai tent\u00e9 d\u2019attirer l\u2019attention du Pr\u00e9sident pour lui signaler que je votais non. Les leaders parlementaires avaient consult\u00e9 les membres de leur caucus, mais personne n\u2019avait v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 mon intention. Je sais qu\u2019il serait difficile de faire enregistrer mon vote maintenant, mais je veux que mon opposition \u00e0 cette nomination figure dans le compte rendu. Malheureusement, m\u00eame si j\u2019ai cri\u00e9 non, le Pr\u00e9sident a transmis la d\u00e9cision qui lui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9e par les leaders parlementaires, soit que la motion \u00e9tait adopt\u00e9e avec dissidence. Je ne sais pas s\u2019il est possible de faire enregistrer mon vote \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n<p>Je voulais au moins faire une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 la Chambre au nom des nombreuses personnes qui ont \u00e9crit \u00e0 mon bureau au sujet de cette nomination. Je voudrais qu\u2019il soit indiqu\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9sultat du vote que j\u2019ai vot\u00e9 non si\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>La vice-pr\u00e9sidente:<\/strong> Je remercie la d\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ses observations. De toute \u00e9vidence, son opinion figure maintenant au compte rendu. Il s&#8217;agissait d&#8217;un vote avec dissidence qui refl\u00e9tait le fait que certains \u00e9taient en d\u00e9saccord. Il n&#8217;y a pas suffisamment de d\u00e9put\u00e9s qui se sont lev\u00e9s pour qu&#8217;il y ait un vote par appel nominal. Il aurait fallu que cinq d\u00e9put\u00e9s se l\u00e8vent pour qu&#8217;il y ait un tel vote.
