Mes questions porteront essentiellement sur les articles qui posent probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;aimerais commencer par poser une question \u00e0 la ministre des Personnes handicap\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;appr\u00e9cie certainement son travail et je sais que ses intentions sont louables, mais la partie 3 de ce projet de loi permet la communication de renseignements afin que les gens puissent recevoir un paiement unique de 600 $, ce qui n&#8217;est pas suffisant pour faire face \u00e0 la crise de la COVID dans le cas des personnes handicap\u00e9es. Il est clair \u2014 et je remercie le chef du Nouveau Parti d\u00e9mocratique d&#8217;avoir bien soulign\u00e9 ce point lors de la p\u00e9riode des questions \u2014 que cette mesure aidera environ 40 % des personnes handicap\u00e9es parce que sa structure est li\u00e9e au cr\u00e9dit d&#8217;imp\u00f4t pour personnes handicap\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Voici ma question pour la ministre: d&#8217;autres mesures sont-elles envisag\u00e9es pour aider le reste des Canadiens handicap\u00e9s qui ont besoin d&#8217;aide?<\/p>\n<p>Hon. Carla Qualtrough (Delta)<br \/>\n2020-06-10 13:55<\/p>\n<p>Madame la pr\u00e9sidente, le paiement de soutien que nous proposons de verser aux personnes handicap\u00e9es et que nous esp\u00e9rons faire adopter aujourd&#8217;hui \u00e0 la Chambre vient s&#8217;ajouter \u00e0 toute une s\u00e9rie de mesures que notre gouvernement a mises en place et auxquelles les personnes handicap\u00e9es ont acc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Nous savons que les personnes handicap\u00e9es qui avaient un emploi pr\u00e9caire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient maintenant de la PCU. Les \u00e9tudiants handicap\u00e9s re\u00e7oivent la prestation pour \u00e9tudiants, y compris un suppl\u00e9ment de 750 $ par mois pendant quatre mois. Les familles ayant des enfants handicap\u00e9s ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#8217;Allocation canadienne pour enfants. De plus, les personnes handicap\u00e9es b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e des remboursements de TPS.
