Dans les nouvelles d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui, le m\u00e9decin hygi\u00e9niste en chef d&#8217;Hamilton affirme qu&#8217;il y a une mont\u00e9e en fl\u00e8che du nombre de cas chez les jeunes, qui ont sans doute \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9s au virus alors qu&#8217;ils utilisaient le transport en commun pour se rendre au travail. L&#8217;utilisation de l&#8217;expression g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00ab caract\u00e8re raisonnable \u00bb nous permet de tenir compte de la situation propre \u00e0 chaque personne. Si nous nous en tenions \u00e0 des termes comme \u00ab convenable \u00bb ou \u00ab appropri\u00e9 \u00bb, cela qualifierait l&#8217;emploi. Nous essayons d&#8217;examiner la personne et ses circonstances particuli\u00e8res; ainsi, lorsqu&#8217;une personne immunod\u00e9ficiente ne peut pas utiliser le transport en commun pour se rendre \u00e0 son travail, il est raisonnable qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;accepte pas d&#8217;y retourner.
