Je ne pense pas que la motion dont nous sommes saisis soit recevable, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 l\u2019existence de cet accord qui nous interdit de voter sur cette motion.<\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement de Stephen Harper, par un vote qui a eu lieu uniquement au Cabinet et non au Parlement, a c\u00e9d\u00e9 sur toute la ligne. Selon les mots du professeur Gus Van Harten, qui a \u00e9crit un livre sur le sujet, nous avons tout c\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la Chine. C\u2019est inimaginable les restrictions secr\u00e8tes et tarabiscot\u00e9es qui sont impos\u00e9es \u00e0 notre pays, car nous ne pouvons pas autoriser Huawei \u00e0 faire quoi que ce soit que nous n\u2019autoriserions pas une entreprise canadienne \u00e0 faire.<\/p>\n<p>Je remercie mon coll\u00e8gue d\u2019avoir soulev\u00e9 ce probl\u00e8me, et j\u2019invite tous mes coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 prendre connaissance du texte qui, sous la signature de Stephen Harper, c\u00e8de enti\u00e8rement notre souverainet\u00e9 \u00e0 la R\u00e9publique populaire de Chine.<\/p>\n<p>Jack Harris (St. John&#8217;s East)<br \/>\n2020-11-17 12:08 [p.1979]<\/p>\n<p>Madame la Pr\u00e9sidente, si la d\u00e9put\u00e9e de Saanich\u2014Gulf Islands a raison, ce que je crains fort, il s\u2019agit sans doute l\u00e0 de la d\u00e9cision la plus r\u00e9voltante qu\u2019ait jamais prise un gouvernement canadien au sujet de sa souverainet\u00e9.
