Aucun autre accord sur la protection des investissements \u00e9trangers conclu entre le Canada et un autre pays ne pr\u00e9voit une p\u00e9riode secr\u00e8te de six mois de tordage de bras diplomatique ou de pressions incessantes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que nous nous avouions vaincus. Nous n&#8217;avons aucun autre accord ainsi d\u00e9pourvu de tout avantage commercial et compos\u00e9 seulement de dispositions sur la promotion et la mise en \u0153uvre des investissements qui ne procure pas le moindre avantage aux entreprises canadiennes.
