La loi sur la responsabilit\u00e9 climatique ne tient absolument pas compte de l&#8217;avertissement selon lequel nous devons r\u00e9duire environ de moiti\u00e9 les \u00e9missions d&#8217;ici 2030 afin d&#8217;esp\u00e9rer ne pas d\u00e9passer 1,5 degr\u00e9 Celsius.<\/p>\n<p>Le temps que la loi sur la responsabilit\u00e9 climatique impose \u00e0 quiconque de rendre des comptes, il pourrait \u00eatre impossible de limiter le r\u00e9chauffement \u00e0 1,5 degr\u00e9 Celsius. Le gouvernement va-t-il am\u00e9liorer la loi afin qu&#8217;elle tienne compte des avertissements du milieu scientifique avant qu&#8217;il ne soit trop tard, pour l&#8217;amour du ciel?<\/p>\n<p>Terry Duguid (Winnipeg South)<br \/>\n2020-11-20 12:06 [p.2191]\t<\/p>\n<p>Madame la Pr\u00e9sidente, je tiens \u00e0 remercier la d\u00e9put\u00e9e de sa passion et de son engagement dans ce dossier.<\/p>\n<p>Nous nous sommes engag\u00e9s sur le plan de la transparence et de la responsabilit\u00e9 dans le cadre de ce projet de loi, qui permettra aux entreprises et aux citoyens de savoir qu&#8217;ils peuvent compter sur le Canada pour favoriser les investissements. Il \u00e9tablit \u00e9galement des objectifs tr\u00e8s clairs que les Canadiens nous demandent d&#8217;atteindre. Si nous n&#8217;atteignons pas ces objectifs, les Canadiens nous demanderont des comptes, et cela vaut aussi pour les gouvernements futurs.<\/p>\n<p>Je rappelle \u00e0 la d\u00e9put\u00e9e que ce sont les \u00e9lecteurs canadiens qui ont fini par demander des comptes aux conservateurs en 2015 et en 2019 concernant leur r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 prendre des mesures de lutte contre les changements climatiques. Je peux assurer \u00e0 la d\u00e9put\u00e9e que nous donnerons suite \u00e0 cet important engagement d&#8217;atteindre la
