C&#8217;est fort utile.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le secr\u00e9taire parlementaire l&#8217;a fait \u00e0 la fin de son intervention, lorsqu&#8217;il a parl\u00e9 de ses convictions personnelles sur le sujet, je veux mettre l&#8217;accent sur les personnes handicap\u00e9es et celles qui souffrent d&#8217;une profonde d\u00e9pression. Nous devons examiner la question d&#8217;un point de vue \u00e9conomique. Nous savons que les Canadiens qui sont handicap\u00e9s sont bien plus susceptibles de tomber sous le seuil de la pauvret\u00e9 que ceux qui ne le sont pas. La situation est tr\u00e8s grave.<\/p>\n<p>La Prestation canadienne d&#8217;urgence nous a permis d&#8217;envoyer un ch\u00e8que de 2 000 $ \u00e0 des gens partout au pays. Je veux demander au d\u00e9put\u00e9 s&#8217;il ne croit pas qu&#8217;il est temps d&#8217;envisager d&#8217;inclure le revenu minimum garanti dans le train de mesures de sant\u00e9 publique, puisque la pauvret\u00e9 est le principal facteur nuisant \u00e0 la sant\u00e9. Elle en est un d\u00e9terminant social et aussi le plus important d\u00e9terminant. Je sais que je m&#8217;\u00e9loigne un peu du d\u00e9bat sur le projet de loi C-7, mais ne pouvons-nous pas agir pour \u00e9radiquer la
