C&#8217;est un probl\u00e8me plan\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n<p>Plus t\u00f4t aujourd&#8217;hui, dans un changement de cap historique pour les \u00c9tats-Unis, l&#8217;administration Biden a chang\u00e9 sa position et dit maintenant appuyer une d\u00e9rogation \u00e0 certaines dispositions de l&#8217;Accord sur les aspects des droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle qui touchent au commerce de l&#8217;Organisation mondiale du commerce afin que la protection des brevets soit lev\u00e9e pour que les pays en d\u00e9veloppement puissent fabriquer des vaccins et les inoculer aux gens qui en ont besoin.<\/p>\n<p>Le Canada est-il pr\u00eat \u00e0 agir et \u00e0 enfin travailler \u00e0 lever la protection des brevets des multinationales de la pharmaceutique?<\/p>\n<p>Hon. La ministre du Commerce international et moi avons \u00e9chang\u00e9 des messages textes lorsque cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 et, d&#8217;apr\u00e8s ce que j&#8217;ai compris, le Canada s&#8217;appr\u00eaterait \u00e0 appuyer cette id\u00e9e.
