Il signale que Sinopec, propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du Parti communiste chinois et septi\u00e8me entreprise en importance au monde, ainsi que PetroChina et plusieurs autres d\u00e9tiennent une participation directe de 20 milliards de dollars dans les sables p\u00e9trolif\u00e8res. Il dit: \u00ab Comment se fait-il que Sinopec participe maintenant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la nouvelle politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re et de la strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du premier ministre? Voil\u00e0 une question que personne d\u2019entre nous n\u2019est cens\u00e9 poser. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>[MsupaZP0fb0]<\/p>\n<p>Eh bien, je la pose moi, la question: Comment cela a-t-il pu se faire sans aucun d\u00e9bat public?<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Anderson :<\/strong> Madame la Pr\u00e9sidente, la question de la d\u00e9put\u00e9e ne repose que sur des inepties. Le gouvernement se concentre sur ce qui compte pour les Canadiens, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire l\u2019environnement et la croissance \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, l\u2019exploitation des sables p\u00e9trolif\u00e8res cr\u00e9e directement plus de 100 000 emplois dans tout le Canada et ce chiffre grimpera jusqu\u2019\u00e0 700 000, et l\u2019opposition \u2014 le d\u00e9put\u00e9 n\u00e9o-d\u00e9mocrate en face et les lib\u00e9raux \u2014 dit non \u00e0 tous ces emplois chaque fois qu\u2019elle s\u2019oppose au d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie
