Les provinces doivent payer les co\u00fbts du projet de loi C-10, un projet de loi omnibus sur la criminalit\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 au cours d&#8217;une l\u00e9gislature pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Nous ne voulons pas que des personnes innocentes craignent une peine minimale obligatoire au point de suivre les conseils de leur avocat en acceptant une entente de plaidoyer, parce qu&#8217;elles ne veulent pas vraiment prendre le risque de laisser le juge utiliser son pouvoir discr\u00e9tionnaire apr\u00e8s avoir entendu tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de preuve, et nous ne voulons pas que les gens obtiennent des peines moins s\u00e9v\u00e8res parce que l&#8217;on n&#8217;a pas suivi un processus o\u00f9 un juge avait le pouvoir discr\u00e9tionnaire de d\u00e9cider de leur peine d&#8217;emprisonnement.<\/p>\n<p>La punition doit \u00eatre \u00e0 la mesure du crime, et l&#8217;approche uniforme des peines minimales obligatoires est un \u00e9chec.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019hon. qui commettent les infractions suivantes: fusillade au volant, trafic d&#8217;armes, importation et exportation ill\u00e9gale d&#8217;armes \u00e0 feu, vol qualifi\u00e9 avec usage d&#8217;une arme \u00e0 feu, extorsion perp\u00e9tr\u00e9e avec une arme \u00e0 feu et d\u00e9charge d&#8217;une arme \u00e0 feu avec une attention particuli\u00e8re, comme dans une fusillade au volant, doivent
