Cette semaine, Elizabeth a fait une conf\u00e9rence de presse<\/a><\/u> pour demander au gouvernement du Canada de rapatrier 44 citoyens canadiens (des enfants, des femmes et des hommes) qui sont d\u00e9tenus dans des prisons syriennes. Ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2018\u00e9v\u00e9nement Sally Lane, la m\u00e8re de Jack Letts, un Canadien d\u00e9tenu en Syrie depuis plus de cinq ans; et Alex Neve, d\u00e9fenseur des droits de la personne et ancien secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2018Amnistie Internationale.<\/p>\n

La course \u00e0 la chefferie du Parti vert du Canada prend fin ce samedi 19 novembre. Les r\u00e9sultats devraient \u00eatre annonc\u00e9s d\u2018ici 20 h, HNE.<\/p>\n
