Si de tels propos&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Pr\u00e9sident :<\/strong> Selon ce que j&#8217;ai entendu jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, rien n&#8217;indique qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un recours au R\u00e8glement. La question dont nous sommes saisis semble \u00eatre la suite du d\u00e9bat portant sur ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 dit et sur les positions qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exprim\u00e9es.
