Plusieurs interventions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites depuis, et je demande \u00e0 mon ami de Esquimalt\u2014Juan de Fuca de me pardonner, mais je voudrais savoir s&#8217;il peut se souvenir de la cause concernant les travailleurs hospitaliers de la Colombie-Britannique d\u00e9fendue \u00e0 la Cour supr\u00eame en 2007, au cours de laquelle, je crois, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli tr\u00e8s clairement que les gouvernements ne peuvent toucher aux droits fondamentaux d&#8217;aucun travailleur; il ne s&#8217;agit pas seulement des droits des travailleurs syndiqu\u00e9s. Les droits du travail sont des droits de la personne. Ce qui revient \u00e0 dire, je crois, si nous reconnaissons ce fait, que le projet de loi pourrait bien \u00eatre ill\u00e9gal.
