{"id":355,"date":"2011-06-23T16:18:53","date_gmt":"2011-06-23T16:18:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.elizabethmaymp.ca\/?p=355"},"modified":"2014-09-26T10:20:38","modified_gmt":"2014-09-26T14:20:38","slug":"resumption-and-continuation-of-postal-services-legislation-f","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca\/fr\/resumption-and-continuation-of-postal-services-legislation-f\/","title":{"rendered":"Loi pr\u00e9voyant la reprise et le maintien des services postaux"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Elizabeth May : <\/strong>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, j&#8217;aimerais demander \u00e0 mon amie de Nanaimo\u2014Cowichan si elle sait que, dans la derni\u00e8re heure, l&#8217;Union des associations des professeurs des universit\u00e9s de l&#8217;Ontario a publi\u00e9 un communiqu\u00e9 dans lequel elle pr\u00e9sentait son opinion, \u00e0 savoir que la mesure l\u00e9gislative, le projet de loi C-6, aurait des effets n\u00e9fastes permanents sur le processus de n\u00e9gociation collective partout au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;aimerais savoir si la d\u00e9put\u00e9e a eu vent de ce communiqu\u00e9 et si elle a des commentaires \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jean Crowder :<\/strong> Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, j&#8217;aimerais remercier la d\u00e9put\u00e9e de m&#8217;avoir fait part de cette information.<\/p>\n<p>Il y en a d&#8217;autres qui ont \u00e9crit \u00e0 quel point ce genre de mesures l\u00e9gislatives de retour au travail nuit aux processus de n\u00e9gociation collective au pays. Encore une fois, les n\u00e9gociations collectives font partie de notre processus d\u00e9mocratique. Cela fait partie du processus dans le cadre duquel les travailleurs et les employeurs s&#8217;assoient ensemble et n\u00e9gocient. Mais en l&#8217;occurrence la solution est impos\u00e9e, pas n\u00e9goci\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Je conseille vivement aux d\u00e9put\u00e9s de voter contre le projet de loi
