Mark Eyking : <\/strong>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, j&#8217;aimerais tout d&#8217;abord f\u00e9liciter ma coll\u00e8gue, une ancienne Cap-Bretonnaise, d&#8217;avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue d\u00e9put\u00e9e de Saanich\u2014Gulf Islands.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai moi aussi re\u00e7u des courriels de mes \u00e9lecteurs au Cap-Breton. Le dernier m&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9 par M. Richard Andrews. Il me demande de tout faire pour que le conflit se r\u00e8gle. Les employ\u00e9s des postes du Cap-Breton sont en lock-out. Ils n&#8217;ont pas de revenu et les membres de leur famille sont sans protection m\u00e9dicale.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a beaucoup plus de collaboration ici et je constate que le NPD a c\u00e9d\u00e9 du temps de parole \u00e0 la d\u00e9put\u00e9e. Je vois plus de collaboration. Il semble y avoir une diff\u00e9rence d&#8217;un demi pourcent entre l&#8217;offre de Postes Canada et celle du gouvernement conservateur.<\/p>\n<p>Si un amendement \u00e9tait propos\u00e9 pour combler cet \u00e9cart, la ministre pourrait examiner le tout et le conflit pourrait \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 et les employ\u00e9s pourraient retourner au travail.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9put\u00e9e a d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 pour un ministre et elle conna\u00eet le syst\u00e8me. \u00c0 son avis, serait-il possible de faire adopter un amendement pour r\u00e9gler le conflit?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mme Elizabeth May : <\/strong>Oui, monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident. \u00c0 mon avis, la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire serait que l&#8217;opposition officielle s&#8217;entretienne en priv\u00e9 avec la ministre du Travail. Puis la Chambre pourrait \u00eatre inform\u00e9e des discussions en esp\u00e9rant obtenir un consentement unanime pour que les travailleurs puissent rentrer au travail en fin de semaine.<br \/>\n<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;hon.
