Dans l&#8217;Union europ\u00e9enne, il y a des r\u00e8glements qui obligent les pays membres \u00e0 utiliser les normes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour prot\u00e9ger l&#8217;environnement quand ils font du commerce entre eux.<\/p>\n<p>Si nous devions adopter la m\u00eame voie, nous exigerions que le Panama accroisse ses normes environnementales au moins au niveau des normes canadiennes, et le Canada s&#8217;engagerait \u00e0 fournir de l&#8217;aide commerciale pour assurer l&#8217;atteinte de cet objectif.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoang Mai : Madame la Pr\u00e9sidente, je remercie ma coll\u00e8gue de sa pr\u00e9sentation.
