C&#8217;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s fort et je suis d&#8217;accord sur les points qu&#8217;elle a soulev\u00e9s. Comme elle, je suis tr\u00e8s inqui\u00e8te au sujet des autres crimes, pas seulement ceux commis par les forces qui appuient M. Kadhafi, mais aussi ceux du gouvernement transitionnel qui commet d&#8217;autres crimes contre les jeunes, dans la population civile. Ils sont peut-\u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement mal interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s, comme \u00e9tant commis par les forces pro-Kadhafi, alors que ce n&#8217;est pas le cas du tout. C&#8217;est peut-\u00eatre seulement confus.<\/p>\n<p>Qu&#8217;est-ce que la d\u00e9put\u00e9e pense des menaces qui p\u00e8sent sur la population civile en Libye?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christine Moore : <\/strong>Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, j&#8217;ai eu la chance de rencontrer l&#8217;ambassadrice, lorsqu&#8217;elle est venue \u00e0 une r\u00e9union du Comit\u00e9 permanent de la d\u00e9fense nationale. J&#8217;ai eu l&#8217;occasion de lui poser des questions \u00e0 ce sujet. Ce qui est ressorti de la conversation, c&#8217;est l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;aide diplomatique. L&#8217;\u00e9tablissement d&#8217;une aide diplomatique canadienne va aider le peuple libyen \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un syst\u00e8me de justice tr\u00e8s rapidement. Ainsi, on pourra juger rapidement les criminels du camp Kadhafi, certes, mais aussi les gens qui auraient d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les bornes du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du CNT. On \u00e9vitera que, d&#8217;un bord comme de l&#8217;autre, ces gens-l\u00e0 se retrouvent \u00e0 b\u00e2tir la nouvelle Libye.
