Peter Van Loan :<\/strong> Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, je demande le consentement unanime de la Chambre pour d\u00e9poser la motion suivante:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Que, nonobstant tout article du R\u00e8glement ou usage habituel de la Chambre, et conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#8217;article 66 du R\u00e8glement, le reste du d\u00e9bat sur la motion portant adoption du premier rapport du Comit\u00e9 permanent des p\u00eaches et des oc\u00e9ans, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le mercredi 19 octobre 2011, soit consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme ayant eu lieu et la motion soit r\u00e9put\u00e9e agr\u00e9\u00e9e avec dissidence. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Pr\u00e9sident :<\/strong> L&#8217;honorable d\u00e9put\u00e9 a-t-il le consentement unanime de la Chambre pour d\u00e9poser cette motion?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des voix :<\/strong> D&#8217;accord.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Pr\u00e9sident :<\/strong> La Chambre l&#8217;a entendue. Pla\u00eet-il \u00e0 la Chambre de l&#8217;adopter?<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;honorable d\u00e9put\u00e9e de Saanich\u2014Gulf Islands fait appel au R\u00e8glement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elizabeth May :<\/strong> Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, je ne bloquerai pas cette motion et j&#8217;entends lui donner mon consentement, mais je tiens \u00e0 souligner que je suis tr\u00e8s d\u00e9\u00e7ue de ne pas avoir pu prendre la parole \u00e0 ce sujet \u2014 bien que j&#8217;aie essay\u00e9 \u2014, car on a coup\u00e9 court au d\u00e9bat.
