Nous savons que le CP est un important fournisseur de services. Nous savons qu&#8217;il faut que les chemins de fer fonctionnent pour transporter les marchandises.<\/p>\n<p>Comme vient de le dire mon coll\u00e8gue d&#8217;Ottawa-Sud, on voit se multiplier les interventions qui sapent le droit \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation collective au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Si la secr\u00e9taire parlementaire et son gouvernement estiment qu&#8217;Air Canada est un service essentiel, que Postes Canada est un service essentiel et que les cheminots du CP et le syndicat des Teamsters offrent un service essentiel, pourquoi ne les d\u00e9clarent-ils pas services essentiels?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kellie Leitch :<\/strong> Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, j&#8217;ai expliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la Chambre hier et encore aujourd&#8217;hui que la ministre du Travail avait \u00e9cout\u00e9, et pas seulement les syndicats et leurs grands patrons, mais bien la population canadienne.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui inqui\u00e8te le plus les Canadiens, c&#8217;est la fragilit\u00e9 de notre \u00e9conomie et la peur de ne plus avoir d&#8217;emploi. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi nous allons de l&#8217;avant avec ce projet de loi de retour au travail pour faire repartir les chemins de fer, pour garantir la protection des emplois et pour assurer la
