C&#8217;est effectivement le cas et, en tant que d\u00e9put\u00e9e, je fais aussi partie du gouvernement, et c&#8217;est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 r\u00e9side le probl\u00e8me. Lorsque notre langage devient confus et que nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 parler de partis de l&#8217;opposition et du parti minist\u00e9riel, nous renions la tradition de d\u00e9mocratie parlementaire de Westminster. Je prends la parole \u00e0 la Chambre en tant que chef du Parti vert, et mes propos s&#8217;adressent \u00e0 ma coll\u00e8gue, qui est une repr\u00e9sentante du Parti conservateur au gouvernement du Canada.<\/p>\n<p>[2dGCgCRuyfw]<\/p>\n<p>Je le r\u00e9p\u00e8te, s&#8217;en remettre \u00e0 \u00c9lections Canada ne constitue pas la r\u00e9ponse ad\u00e9quate pour r\u00e9gler ce grave probl\u00e8me. Nous savons que, en 2011, des dizaines de circonscriptions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9es par la fraude \u00e9lectorale. Je trouve tout \u00e0 fait scandaleux que les repr\u00e9sentants des autres partis \u00e0 la Chambre soient si peu pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par la question qu&#8217;ils sugg\u00e8rent de confier \u00e0 \u00c9lections Canada la responsabilit\u00e9 de faire la lumi\u00e8re sur ces all\u00e9gations d&#8217;activit\u00e9s criminelles, alors que le budget de 2012 de l&#8217;organisme a \u00e9t\u00e9 amput\u00e9 de 7,5 millions de dollars, ce qui compromet encore davantage sa capacit\u00e9 de s&#8217;acquitter de cette t\u00e2che.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kellie Leitch :<\/strong> Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, le gouvernement a indiqu\u00e9 que les questions de ce genre le pr\u00e9occupait beaucoup.
