Le rappel au R\u00e8glement sera bas\u00e9 sur le r\u00e8glement 68 (3) : \u00ab Aucun projet de loi ne peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en blanc ou dans une forme incompl\u00e8te. \u00bb<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00ab Je ferai notamment valoir que le projet de loi C-38 n\u2019est pas r\u00e9ellement un projet de loi omnibus et que, par cons\u00e9quent, il ne peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la tendance vers les projets de loi omnibus exag\u00e9r\u00e9ment volumineux et complexes \u00bb, a dit May. \u00ab L\u2019objectif est de faire admettre que ce projet de loi n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans une forme ad\u00e9quate et que, \u00e0 ce titre, il est &#8220;incomplet&#8221; et doit \u00eatre rejet\u00e9. \u00bb<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nMay souligne que les Canadiennes et les Canadiens sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 d\u00e9noncer ce projet de loi \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019ils r\u00e9alisent \u00e0 quel point son contenu est d\u00e9vastateur.
