C&#8217;est une question qui est totalement non partisane et qui touche tout le pays. Dans chacune de nos circonscriptions, nos \u00e9lecteurs et les membres de leur famille sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une menace croissante: une petite tique qui se propage et qui peut provoquer une maladie d\u00e9bilitante \u00e0 n&#8217;importe quel moment et chez n&#8217;importe lequel d&#8217;entre nous.<\/p>\n<p>Je d\u00e9die ce projet de loi \u00e0 Nicole Bottles, une jeune femme tr\u00e8s courageuse qui \u00e9tait avec moi plus t\u00f4t lors d&#8217;une conf\u00e9rence de pressace. Elle a appris qu&#8217;elle avait cette maladie lorsqu&#8217;elle \u00e9tait \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole secondaire. Elle est maintenant confin\u00e9e \u00e0 un fauteuil roulant, et elle attend un rem\u00e8de.
