Selon les r\u00e8gles li\u00e9es au \u00ab\u00a0traitement national\u00a0\u00bb, si le Canada permet l\u2019augmentation du nombre d\u2019\u00e9tablissements priv\u00e9s, nous courons le risque de perdre notre syst\u00e8me \u00e0 payeur unique universel dans une contestation dans le cadre de l&#8217;ALENA.<\/p>\n<p>On ne peut prendre ce risque.
