Le 26 septembre, le Parti vert du Canada souhaite participer \u00e0 la sensibilisation \u00e0 ce cancer et \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 qu\u2019il y ait davantage de recherches pour des traitements efficaces. Des collectes de fonds men\u00e9es lors d\u2019activit\u00e9s qui ont lieu partout en Am\u00e9rique du Nord viennent soutenir la Fondation de recherches appliqu\u00e9es sur le m\u00e9soth\u00e9liome [Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation] qui, \u00e0 son tour, appuie les victimes de ce terrible cancer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le Canada, qui exporte toujours de l\u2019amiante et s\u2019est oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que l\u2019amiante chrysotile soit inscrit comme substance dangereuse conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la Convention de Rotterdam, se fait complice de la hausse continue des incidences de ce cancer.
