{"id":6595,"date":"2011-06-16T11:29:03","date_gmt":"2011-06-16T15:29:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca?p=6595"},"modified":"2012-09-21T11:31:01","modified_gmt":"2012-09-21T15:31:01","slug":"greens-pleased-government-agrees-to-hearings-on-mega-trials-bill","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca\/fr\/greens-pleased-government-agrees-to-hearings-on-mega-trials-bill\/","title":{"rendered":"Les verts ravis que le gouvernement accepte d&#8217;aller en comit\u00e9 sur les superproc\u00e8s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Parti vert du Canada est ravi que le gouvernement et les autres partis de l&#8217;Opposition aient accept\u00e9 un compromis qui permettra de tenir des audiences acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es sur le projet de loi portant sur les superproc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Un projet de loi comme celui-ci, qui risque de bouleverser les fondements de notre syst\u00e8me juridique, ne devrait pas \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 sans avoir au pr\u00e9alable \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 un examen approfondi \u00bb, a dit la chef des verts Elizabeth May. \u00ab Le projet de loi fera l&#8217;objet d&#8217;audiences acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es, et c&#8217;est exactement ce que je voulais. Cette d\u00e9cision raisonnable fait honneur \u00e0 tous les partis en Chambre. Sans compter que cette d\u00e9cision est la preuve que le Parlement peut fonctionner comme il est cens\u00e9 le faire. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Un peu plus t\u00f4t cette semaine, la d\u00e9put\u00e9e verte Elizabeth May avait priv\u00e9 la Chambre du soutien unanime n\u00e9cessaire pour l&#8217;adoption rapide du projet de loi, craignant que certaines dispositions n&#8217;ouvrent la porte \u00e0 des abus. Plus particuli\u00e8rement, les verts s&#8217;inqui\u00e9taient de l&#8217;impact d&#8217;une mise en accusation directe sur le droit des pr\u00e9venus \u00e0 demander une remise en libert\u00e9 sous caution et de l&#8217;anonymat requis pour les jur\u00e9s. Le Parti vert estimait que le Parlement devait d&#8217;abord entendre le t\u00e9moignage de sp\u00e9cialistes du droit avant d&#8217;adopter le projet de loi.<\/p>\n<p>En vertu du compromis obtenu aujourd&#8217;hui, un comit\u00e9 parlementaire se penchera sur le projet de loi et tiendra des audiences pendant une journ\u00e9e, ce qui laissera suffisamment de temps pour la tenue d&#8217;un vote
