Non merci !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le 9 septembre dernier, le Premier ministre Stephen Harper a sign\u00e9 avec la Chine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.international.gc.ca\/trade-agreements-accords-commerciaux\/agr-acc\/fipa-apie\/china-text-chine.aspx?lang=fra&amp;view=d\">le<em> Trait\u00e9 Canada-Chine sur les investissements<\/em><\/a>. Ni le Parlement ni le public canadien n\u2019ont pu lire le trait\u00e9 avant le 26 septembre, date \u00e0 laquelle les Conservateurs l\u2019ont discr\u00e8tement rendu public, sans communiqu\u00e9 de presse et sans breffage technique. Le gouvernement pr\u00e9voit ratifier l&#8217;entente sans d\u00e9bat \u00e0 la Chambre des Communes. Le d\u00e9compte est enclench\u00e9: le trait\u00e9 sera ratifi\u00e9 apr\u00e8s 21 jours de s\u00e9ance de la Chambre des Communes, ce qui nous am\u00e8ne au 31 octobre 2012.<\/p>\n<p>En quoi consiste ce Trait\u00e9 Canada-Chine sur les investissements ? Il s\u2019agit tout simplement de l\u2019entente commerciale la plus importante sign\u00e9e par le Canada depuis l\u2019AL\u00c9NA. Petit d\u00e9tail, notre \u00abpartenaire\u00bb dans cette aventure est le gouvernement communiste de Beijing, un r\u00e9gime autoritaire dont le bilan en mati\u00e8re de droits de la personne est r\u00e9voltant \u2013et la situation ne semble pas pr\u00e8s de changer. Le trait\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit que les entreprises chinoises et canadiennes soient trait\u00e9es de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on au Canada.
