Je suis d&#8217;accord avec certains d\u00e9put\u00e9s de l&#8217;opposition, mais j&#8217;aimerais vous soumettre un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de plus \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>Comme vous pouvez le constater, les esprits s&#8217;\u00e9chauffent des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la Chambre. Un accord d&#8217;investissement entre le Canada et la Chine a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9, mais aucune occasion ne nous est donn\u00e9e d&#8217;en discuter. Il existe r\u00e9ellement un mobile pour justifier la tentative d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e de saturer le compte personnel du d\u00e9put\u00e9 de Vancouver Kingsway. En effet, cet acte pourrait bien avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 motiv\u00e9 par le fait que le NPD a envoy\u00e9 un message incitant les Canadiens \u00e0 \u00e9crire aux d\u00e9put\u00e9s membres du Comit\u00e9 du commerce pour leur demander de faire en sorte que le comit\u00e9 tienne un d\u00e9bat sur la question. Mon bureau a re\u00e7u des milliers et des milliers de courriels \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu du d\u00e9roulement des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et du fait qu&#8217;aucun d\u00e9bat n&#8217;est pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 la Chambre sur la question, je consid\u00e8re, monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, qu&#8217;il y a r\u00e9ellement un motif pour cibler d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment le d\u00e9put\u00e9 de Vancouver Kingsway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Pr\u00e9sident<\/strong> : Je remercie tous les d\u00e9put\u00e9s de leurs interventions;
