{"id":7308,"date":"2012-10-26T17:32:12","date_gmt":"2012-10-26T21:32:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca?p=7308"},"modified":"2014-09-25T10:31:11","modified_gmt":"2014-09-25T14:31:11","slug":"oral-questions-canada-china-investment-agreement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca\/fr\/oral-questions-canada-china-investment-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"Les investissements \u00e9trangers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Elizabeth May<\/strong> : Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, en 2010, le premier ministre a fait la d\u00e9claration suivante:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>\u00e0 l&#8217;avenir, si des mesures prises par les provinces imposent des obligations juridiques importantes au [Canada], le gouvernement du Canada cr\u00e9era un m\u00e9canisme lui permettant de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des sommes perdues dans le cadre de processus commerciaux internationaux.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Alors que le Canada s&#8217;appr\u00eate \u00e0 faire l&#8217;objet de nouvelles r\u00e9clamations susceptibles de d\u00e9couler du trait\u00e9 sur les investissements entre le Canada et la Chine, que pr\u00e9voit faire le premier ministre pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des millions de dollars perdus dans des causes d&#8217;arbitrage avec la Chine?<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;hon. Peter Van Loan<\/strong> : Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, je remercie la chef du Parti vert de sa question dans ce dossier. Il est bon de voir qu&#8217;elle reconna\u00eet que cet accord permettra de prot\u00e9ger les investisseurs canadiens.<\/p>\n<p>Chose int\u00e9ressante, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s lib\u00e9raux posent des questions \u00e0 ce sujet alors qu&#8217;ils n&#8217;ont rien fait pendant 13 ans pour prot\u00e9ger les entreprises et les investisseurs canadiens en Chine. Ce qui tranche avec leur bilan, c&#8217;est que nous disposons maintenant d&#8217;un accord qui prot\u00e9gera les investisseurs canadiens et les efforts qu&#8217;ils d\u00e9ploient pour faire des affaires en Chine afin de favoriser la croissance \u00e9conomique, la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 et la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;emplois ici m\u00eame, au
