Barry Devolin<\/strong> : Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la d\u00e9put\u00e9e de Saanich\u2014Gulf Islands, d&#8217;apr\u00e8s ce que je comprends, la ministre ne faisait que d\u00e9poser un document, et non la r\u00e9ponse. En tout temps, les ministres peuvent prendre la parole \u00e0 la Chambre pour d\u00e9poser un document.
