Nous appuyons le projet de loi, mais celui-ci est fort restreint. Il permettrait aux exp\u00e9diteurs de marchandises d&#8217;avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un m\u00e9canisme d&#8217;arbitrage. Voil\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il ferait, mais il pourrait faire beaucoup plus.<\/p>\n<p><p>La d\u00e9put\u00e9e de Newton\u2014Delta-Nord n&#8217;est-elle pas d&#8217;accord? Le comit\u00e9 ne sera peut-\u00eatre pas en mesure d&#8217;aller plus loin, car cela d\u00e9passerait la port\u00e9e du projet de loi.
