Des policiers ont affirm\u00e9 craindre de ne plus avoir le droit de d\u00e9poser de griefs s&#8217;ils sont oblig\u00e9s de faire quelque chose au titre d&#8217;une directive sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Des membres de la GRC et du groupe Lawyers&#8217; Rights Watch ont soulign\u00e9 que, selon le nouvel article 31 de la loi, les membres de la GRC pourraient \u00eatre oblig\u00e9s de se livrer \u00e0 des actes de torture sans avoir le droit de pr\u00e9senter de grief \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard ou sans pouvoir remettre en doute les sources d&#8217;information sur lesquelles on se fonde pour commettre de tels actes.
