{"id":8776,"date":"2013-02-26T12:49:28","date_gmt":"2013-02-26T17:49:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca?p=8776"},"modified":"2013-03-06T12:54:35","modified_gmt":"2013-03-06T17:54:35","slug":"opposition-motion-federal-infrastructure-plan-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elizabethmaymp.ca\/fr\/opposition-motion-federal-infrastructure-plan-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Motion de l&#8217;opposition &#8211; Plan f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pour les infrastructures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Elizabeth May\u00a0<\/strong>:\u00a0Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, permettez-moi de faire une parenth\u00e8se afin d&#8217;expliquer que l&#8217;opposition, bien qu&#8217;elle soit favorable au financement des infrastructures, se trouve oblig\u00e9e de voter contre ce financement lorsqu&#8217;il fait partie d&#8217;un seul budget qui comprend des mesures visant, entre autres, \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l&#8217;accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;assurance-emploi et \u00e0 affaiblir la r\u00e9glementation environnementale.<\/p>\n<p>Je me r\u00e9jouis cependant que l&#8217;actuel Conseil priv\u00e9 conservateur ait rendu permanent le Fonds de la taxe sur l&#8217;essence. La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration canadienne des municipalit\u00e9s s&#8217;en r\u00e9jouit \u00e9galement, bien qu&#8217;elle reconnaisse aussi que le d\u00e9ficit en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;infrastructure s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 des dizaines de milliards de dollars. Le montant d&#8217;argent actuellement utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 cette fin est nettement insuffisant pour prot\u00e9ger les vies, entretenir les ponts et se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la menace grandissante que posent les d\u00e9sastres naturels, qui balaieront nos ponceaux et nos routes, ce qui cr\u00e9e une nouvelle menace pour nos infrastructures, notamment nos aqueducs.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 est-il pr\u00eat \u00e0 revenir sur sa d\u00e9cision de s&#8217;opposer \u00e0 la motion?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joe Daniel<\/strong>: Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, ma r\u00e9ponse est simple: non.
