Le colonel Drapeau a notamment d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 ce sujet \u00ab qu&#8217;un accus\u00e9 dans un proc\u00e8s sommaire n&#8217;a pas le droit d&#8217;en appeler ni du verdict ni de la peine \u00bb.
